Josh at Lodge Studio Architects meticulously designed our extension, kitchen, bathroom and various storage options when we refurbished our victorian terraced house in London. From the first meeting he was extremely knowledgable about all aspects of the design, planning and build process, carefully guiding us. It was the first time we had renovated a house so we were initially daunted by the whole process (especially dealing with builders), but Josh provided lots of tips on how to minimise risks and get the best out of our building contractors. Overall, the whole project went extremely well, the drawings were accepted by planning and the builders delivered the work exactly to Josh's specifications. I would definitely recommend Josh as an architect on any residential or commercial project.

Working with Josh for our house extension was a pleasure from start to finish. He came up with innovative ideas to maximise the space and to allow plenty of light into what would have been a dark area.
