James fitted our house alarm efficiently and quickly. He was informative, professional, and very tidy. After a discussion with us, he advised us about the level of security needed for our house, and carried out the job to a high standard. We were really pleased with his work and have now asked him to instal CCTV cameras as well. We would definitely recommend him.

Great service and very reasonably priced home security equipment and fitting. The app could be better but overall for the price we think that this was well worth it. James was very responsive, listened to our concerns and installed the system very quickly.

I've had reason to call Herts Security Systems Ltd a couple of times trying to resolve a problem with a previous alarm, and I've always had brilliant service. James comes when he says he's going to, is really informative in terms of the issue or challenge, will often go above and beyond to sort it, and is good value for the work he does. Can't recommend - or trust him - enough!
