Every time we go it is shut. We actually go into Falkirk just for this and always shut early. Today it shut at 12. Sorry but if there’s not enough staff then employ more…..

Visited today at 16.10. Fridge shut, no iced drinks as apparently no ice. This now happened on several occasions when stopped in 1 hour before closing time. The management should look in to this . Very dirty looking, broken chairs and wonky tables. Used to be open till 6pm on Sundays but changed in the door till 5pm now.

DOG FRENDLY.Love Cafe Nero Falkirk. It's so friendly, and I can walk my dog around the park before going for a coffee, and we share a muffin and he gots a bowl of water indoors.
