As a delivery driver waiting for a delayed order, the two lads working handles the situation really well and made sure I was comfortable waiting for the order constantly updating me how long the wait is. Not many restaurants do this for the delivery drivers so i'm satisfied with the service

Got a steak bake and sausage and bean cheesy bake. Walked 30 seconds across the road to the job I was working on and both bales were completely cold. Like they had just been sitting on the side all day not in a hot plate. Couldn’t go back over and sort it as I was working. Very disappointed. Staff was also super slow. Spent like 8 mins just serving one customer. So was in line for ages.

Nothing wrong with the food. The customer service is awful however. I've been several times to give them the benefit of the doubt, but everytime the staff are just plain rude.

Took my daughter and her partner over from Australia for a meal food choice was good the meal was outstanding service was very good we were not hurried at all will be returning soon

Feel sorry for the guy serving breakfast rush hour on his own yesterday. Queue out the door, with people leaving to go to Costa next door where they had 3 staff on. The guy's doing his best, but only so much one person can do. Seems to be a frequent thing, and they're clearing losing custom over it! Companies need to start thinking about staff wellbeing over shareholders' dividends!

The service is the slowest service I've ever seen in a Greggs. Deliveries take priority over in person queuing.Wife ordered via just eat from the carpark and got served quicker.Nothing in the oven.No management in the store.

Prompt service, excellent choice of drinks and freshly made food. Lots of free parking. Easy to find. And a free drink as first time using the app. Great!

I’m not from around here so I haven’t gone into this shop before but as soon as I came in Blake- the person behind the counter- made me feel welcome & has shown excellent customer relations skills. He was extremely friendly & i recommended anyone to come to this shop

The food was okay but the wait to get served took 15 minutes as it looked like a new member of staff being trained who only had one speed very slow

Fantastic selection of bakes, all cooked onsite. Great selection of cold or heatable sandwiches. Hot cabinet with vegan things as well as southern chicken strips etc and soups. Staff are always very polite and helpful. And the biggest selection of cakes, donuts and cookies you'll ever see at once.
