A lovely café.We stopped by for breakfast a few times while we were in Southport.The Iberico Eggs were fantastic as were the Creamy Scrambled Eggs and Bacon.Lovely friendly service.

We went here one morning whilst we were visiting Southport for the weekend and all of the staff that spoke to us were very friendly and helpful.We ordered a few drinks that were very premium tasting especially the coffee and a lovely eggs Benedict that was beautifully presented on the plate too which is a plus to it's lovely taste.Would highly recommend anyone visiting the area to stop by one morning for breakfast.

After a very stressful week. Breakfast at lord's normally enjoying good food and great choice for breakfast . However, this time of visiting I'm afraid to say the service of the waiter who served us left a sour taste in our mouths . My daughter and myself enjoyed our breakfast but not the service very abrupt and whilst he was very accomodating to others he was very miserable and looked like we wasnt very welcome .Now whilst we understand it's busy sometimes this time it wasn't and we will never go back there again , shame because the food is good but I refuse to pay £28 to be left with a sour taste . Customer service is just as important as the food .Never judge a book by its cover you never know who you maybe in the company of .

Lovely staff but only young & could do with a bit more hospitality training.Food was lovely though & outside tables a bonus.Will deffo return.We had the steak baguette......proper steak with salad garnish.

Enjoyed a lovely steak breakfast. I couldnt eat it all as a generous portion and lovely thick toast. Hubby had a steak and Cumberland sausage steak breakfast. All cooked perfectly and served by very pleasant staff.

My friend and I arrived Thursday morning for 09:30, parked up with plenty of spaces. We didn't make a reservation, just walked in. Nice touch was we could sit where we wanted.Good scan of the menu reveals plenty of drink and food options. To begin with, we ordered a Latte and my friend ordered a Steak and Sausage Breakfast with orange juice, 2 slices toast, butter and marmalade.I had the Breakfast Platter, minus black pudding, added a fried egg instead. You can adapt your breakfast contents. Also brown toast, butter and red jam with orange juice.We had both breakfasts arrive promptly, everything was beautifully presented and was importantly piping hot. We were both very impressed and stuffed upon finishing this feast. Service was spot on and I promised a 5 Star rating, so as promised. I'd highly recommend Lord's Cafe Bar, even if you are passing through or about to start a day in Southport. Simply delicious and good value. Many thanks to all staff.

This is the only café we got to when visiting Southport. One of the best breakfasts, faultless food, and service has always been impeccable. Eggs benedict, with mushrooms & sausage. Along with a nice Americano.. We sat outside as it was a lovely day, really is the best cafe in Southport I guarantee you will not get better food or service from lord's cafe ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our favourite place to go for all-day breakfast. I have also tried the steak banquette, the Mac and cheese and the eggs Benedict, which were all yummy. Highly recommend giving them a try.
