What can we say about Rosa and Dear Friend Bakery. Looking for a vegan wedding cake that offers more than Vanilla, Chocolate and Red Velvet was working out to be near impossible. We also wanted to support a small business. So Rosa was an absolute god-send. Her energy and excitement for wanting to make a beautiful cake (that needed to cater for an Indian reception) was so warming. Our gorgeous Love cake inspired by Persian flavours, was heavenly and went down an absolute treat with all of our guests.Rosa also made an incredible vanilla and chocolate cake for those who had allergies to the ingredients on our love cake, and we are still receiving huge praises from our guests at how tasty the cakes were. And they couldn't believe it was vegan.We can't thank you enough - I think there's also a video of me somewhere eating the cake on the dance floor lol.

Beautiful made cake, with flavour of our choosing (black forest cake). The delivery was swift and on time, and the payment method was very straightforward. Our friends could not believe the cake was all vegan, it was a hit!

THIS IS THE BEST CAKE EVER. BETTER THAN NORMAL CAKE.This cake is basically a moist aero orange but IN CAKE FORM. Jeeeeezzzzzuhhuuussss go for it.

Hands down the best cake (not just vegan cake) my family and I have ever had. We ordered a Garden Party Cake from Dear Friend Bakery and the service right from the start was excellent. Rosa communicated very quickly and was able to adapt the cake to suit the tastes of my mum whose 70th birthday this was for. You could taste the care, love and passion put into every bite. The cake was absolutely stunning - both in taste and how it looked - we were fighting for the last slice! I have recommended Dear Friend to many people already and will absolutely be ordering other cakes from you in the future. Thank you for such a delicious cake!

Rosa designed the cake for my wedding day and I can wholeheartedly say that it was the most beautifully designed cake I have ever seen. The wedding cake more than exceeded my expectations both in style and also taste. Rosa was great with her communication and made sure all my requests were listened to with patience. We discussed each aspect of the design together, Rosa provided suggestions where she felt she could help me but also listened to my vision and helped to create what I wanted for my special day. I chose lemon fizz and coco caramel as my flavours.On the day of my wedding she arrived punctually and was professional in every way. This year we’ve been to many weddings of friends who were guests at our wedding and we’ve had people say they preferred our cake over their own! Even our non-vegan guests were raving about our cake. I can’t recommend Dear Friend enough. I wish I could order all my cakes from the bakery! Please do give them a try :)

I wanted a custom cake for my mum's birthday. The customer service I personally experienced was amazing from beginning to end. Rosa went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and to accommodate my requests.CakeWhen it comes to vegan cakes, for me you can tell something is missing which is why I never really buy them (in comparison to non vegan) not with these cakes!! Rosa's cakes tastes just as good, so delicious, I'm not sure what she does lol and you really do get value for money!

Absolutely phenomenal gluten free dairy free cake. Best sponge we have tried in a free from cake and the frosting and filling was delicious. Delivery was prompt and they are such nice people. Going to recommend Dear Friend Bakery to everyone we know! 5 stars from the Martinez family!

Ordered this cake for my wife's birthday and it absolutely did not disappoint. Probably the best vegan cake I've ever had...a sentiment shared by many of our guests. The cake looked stunning and this was matched by the taste.It's a real treat to have this small business so local to us - it will almost certainly be our go to for any special occasion from now on...thank you!
