Clarkson's did the most marvellous job at arranging my mother's funeral in November 2020. Despite all the COVID restrictions and lockdown 2 preventing a normal service, they were unfailingly excellent.The kind, sympathetic, and professional ladies of Clarkson's also managed to capture much of Mum's spirit and helped us put together a wonderful humanist ceremony, presented by Carol. Their 24-hour helpline when we were first choosing a funeral director, swift responses, and general customer service all made working with them easy and their sympathetic manner helped us through the difficult time. They had a range of options and guided us through them with such sympathetic professionalism that we felt in the best hands.While we are hoping not to need their services again for a very long time, we would not hesitate before using them again or recommending them to others.If you want a kind, helpful, generous, and professional service, you can't do better than go to Clarkson's. We all recommend them wholeheartedly.

Everyone at Clarkson’s was kind, compassionate and helpful in every interaction my sister and I had with them when planning our mum’s cremation in 2020 and belated (due to covid) memorial in 2022. I have recommended them to others and will continue to do so.

From the moment we walked through the door we were met by Sophie, it was a very emotional day & straight away we were all put at ease. The compassion professionalism and genuine empathy was immediate to us all and also the care, respect & dignity they gave to my beloved dad whilst he was in their care was second to none. Absolutely amazing, kind, compassionate service from a genuine family run business. Carol, Sophie, Annie and the team could not have been kinder and more helpful. They made a desperately sad time more bearable by intuitively knowing what we needed as a grieving family and just quietly, kindly, providing it. Nothing was too much trouble and the evident respect they had for my Mum as they cared for her in the run up to her funeral was so much appreciated.

I have just used Clarkson's for the funeral of my Uncle. I can honesty say that from start to finish everyone at Clarkson's made a difficult time much easier.
