St Margaret's Beach
Amazing beach and scenery. Very clean shingle. Loads of parking spaces a few metres from the beach. Toilets, cafe restaurant, ice cream stall all right there. Cliff tops walks are awesome. Views to France. Reminded me of Cornwall, which is a huge compliment for a Kentish beach!

First time at St Margaret's Beach and second time here in Dover! We took the walk from Bay Hill bus stop and walked down the foot path leading towards the steps. - It was easy but steep going down. Walking up the steps was much harder work though but thank goodness there were seats along the way!The beach has absolutely stunning views of the sea and the cliffs are amazing! Also, the beach is very stony! There were a few dog owners with their dogs. One dog in particular was enjoying swimming in the sea while fetching a ball! There is a toilet but it was filled with flies, dirty and needed a clean! Sort it out toilet attendant please!Otherwise, do check out this amazing beach! :)

Peaceful beach with view over to France on a clear day we enjoyed a drink at the Coastguard pub with views of the cliffs and beach. Parking charges are quite expensive though at £1.80 per hour!

Very grateful to stay in an Airbnb not far from the beach. It's amazing to watch and listen to the waves as the tide rolls in, and to swim in the chilly water. Taking in the majestic Dover Cliffs on both sides of the beach is fantastic. All in all, a spiritual experience

St Margaret's Beach
Great views, and although you can swim here, many parts of the beach are rocky or pebbly. You can walk part of the way along the beach in either direction. One advantage is The Coastguard pub is right on the beach, and the food there is superb. The drive down to the beach from the top of the cliff is not for the fainthearted, as it's quite narrow and twisting. Just take time, and it will be worth it.The Pine Gardens are also worth a visit.St. Margaret's Village is very picturesque, too.

The views are great, and there's a nice walk along the beach towards the cliff if the weather is nice. Both the times I've been here it hasn't been particularly sunny; but it wasn't too bad. The only issue maybe driving down to the beach by car which could be a bit troublesome with a bigger car as the road down twists a few times with a few hairpin bends. There's a parking area at the beach where you can pay and park.

Wow..amazing beauty of the nature. White Cliffs of Dover on one side and another side English channel with the France border. Best place for relaxing your mind. Great scenic view. Stress buster.

St Margaret's Beach is a stunning location with a fantastic National Trust footpath and a great pub on the seafront. The beach itself is a mix of pebbles and sand, and it's backed by the iconic White Cliffs of Dover. The footpath that runs along the cliffs is a great way to explore the area. The pub on the seafront is called The Coastguard Pub and it's a great place to stop for a drink or a meal. The food is amazing, and they even do an open air cinema in the summer months. We're definitely coming back here again soon!

St Margaret's Beach
It’s a nice pebbly with a Shepherd Neame, beach nuts and a couple of places to get I’ve cream. There is parking for campervans and cars. It all looks nice enough. I’m sure that you could swim if you didn’t mind the pebbles. Dogs are not allowed on the beach been 9-6 but can be in a lead on the promenade. Do be aware of the tides if you go beyond the beach.

First time at St Margaret’s - beautiful beach with cafe and toilets on site. Mobile signal switched over to France - difficult to pay for car parking. I was wingfoiling so pebbles on beach rather than sand wasn’t a problem (as it might be for families).
