Very nice, bright, friendly and positive place with professional service. I have been looking for a good hairdresser in the UK for many years. I finally found it and I think I will visit this place more than once :)

Opening times are wrong, no one was there when I arrived and no one answered the phone

If I could give this place a 0/10 I would.avoid this place at all costs. Arrived their they saw me at the door and did not say anything just ignored me after about 40 seconds of standing at the door they said can I help. One worker was on her mobile and the other was assisting someone. I then said Is it possible to have my hair cut and they said nothing until the following week. I said ok then they said nothing and carried on their mobile and assisting a customer. They did not even offer to book an appointment or even check their diary for availability Disgusting service. Don’t waste your money and avoid.

I'm the customer for years tried few different places but always coming back as the ladies are great. Honestly can recommend Renata and Paulina they are very friendly helpful and listein to what you want but also advice a lot and can give you lots of tips how to look after your hair in between the visits. Lots of great professional products to purchase at the place. Can't fault the place and the service

It is a professional salon with brilliant service! I am delighted with the effect of Paulina's work. She did it thoroughly and from the heart. The atmosphere in this lounge is friendly and pleasant. I will come back here because I fully trust their service.

Used to have my hair done here when I lived in Coventry. Always pleased with the result. Always. Moved to Stratford upon avon few months ago...Honest to...whatever is dear to a good hair stylist- Reni,you need to open your place in Stratford. Those posh" hair salons have nothing on you. Rock on
