Absolutely incredible service! We had a hot tub for the week. Seem less delivery and collection, with clear instructions on how to get the most out of our hot tub and keep it clean and warm!

A fantastic Hot Tub showroom, offering outstanding products, owned and run by two genuinely nice and sincere people. All the time I was there people kept coming in, telling me how nice the folks are.Be sure to check this place out, whilst not massive it has many spas on display, I felt it had something for everyone. They come with various features such as music, the beauty treatment Microsilk and seriously powerful massage.It has been a pleasure to do business with Kenny and Carla; I look forward to doing more in the future.

After my hot tub developed an issue found hot tubs oxford via google. Spoke with the owner Kenny initially and he was very informative and helpful. After arranging an initial visit to fault find, Barry turned up to complete initial trouble shooting. Barry was friendly, knowledgeable and completed a thorough test finally isolating the 2 issues. Nothing was too much trouble. From the initial conversation through to Barry’s visit, the whole process was professional and friendly. I like companies who are easy to do business with and Hot Tubs Oxford are definitely in this category. Thanks Kenny & Barry

WOWSERS! My husband, Chris, works here and today I had an opportunity to pop in and check out his new work home. What a showroom! It blew my mind a little. So many very sleek and lovely tubs, outdoor dining things and even saunas. If you get a chance, do drop in. You may even be lucky enough to meet the lovely Natalie who showed me around some of the tubs and is so knowledgeable and quite the loveliest person.

Decided to invest in a hot tub having used one at Xmas while on holiday.Having done some research I come to realise there is a lot of suppliers out there and vast range of modules to pick from.I wanted to pick a local supplier who main dealt with hot tubs. I came across Hot Tubs Oxfordshire where I met with the owner Kenny.I'm glad I found this company and chose to stick with them.No hard sales pitch, family run business and I've been fortune to have met with all the employees of the business over the course of time, each one giving their advise.From placing the order, doing a wet test in the show room, to delivery and installation, the entire experience has been very very good, I cannot fault it.The continued support from them has been outstanding and as such I have purchased other items from them.I will be joining others as a continued customer for the foreseeable future with out a shadow of doubt.Note, Kenny was also great on giving advise on garden enclosures for the hot tub and has teamed up with other trusted partners to provide a complete outdoor solution. The sky's the limit as they say.

From first contact to install, these guys are amazing!!We spent many months, if not a year exploring hot tubs across a variety of manufacturers and dealers, but we just couldn’t find the right one or the right dealer to work with and trust with such a big investment.I actually found Hot Tubs Oxfordshire by accident and we popped in on the way through Bicester one weekend. From then, the entire experience has been flawless. Kenny and Carla are lovely people to do business with, their showroom is modern, clean and well put together, and Marquis Hot Tubs were the best we saw on the market....forget the big names like Jacuzzi!We went for the V94L and its an amazing bit of kit. Great features, modern and really good value for money.I’ve only had one regret since purchasing and having it installed....and that’s that we didn’t buy enough alcohol.....because we cant get out of this thing!
