Well worth a visit if you're at all interested on what happened here during the war. I find it hard o believe that a place such as this is not more widely publicised and doesn't have some form of government grant to enable it to tell it's story. It shouldn't be forgotten

A beautiful and calming place where you can see memorials to all the brave SOE agents who picked up their special equipment at this barn, just before they departed the UK for occupied Europe in a Lysander or similar aircraft. Still moving to visit after all these years. Well worth the effort, especially if you have also read the excellent book Between Silk and Cyanide"."
