Amazing shop, staff are friendly and always helpful. Particular shout-out to Goose for being the Matcha Monarch and demonstrating their expertise.

The staff here are very knowledgeable about their products and the place itself has a wide variety of teas the try. I enjoy discovering new tea flavours here that I could have never imagined. I came during Easter and they had this Creme Egg tea (not the chocolate, but actually egg flavoured!) and it was a very unique flavour which was well-made so surprisingly nice for what it was. The chai here is also amazing, it’s super flavourful and the quality is great.

I have only recently gotten into herbal tea, and I decided to pay Bird & Blend a little visit today. I was stunned by their service; it was absolutely wonderful! The person who served us, who I think was called Goose (unless I remembered their name entirely wrong - apologies), was helpful and welcoming. They recommended types of tea that they thought I'd like, alongside letting us try their delicious pumpkin spice latte! They were informative about how to brew the tea correctly, without being patronising, and I felt like I went away with much greater knowledge of tea. It was, over all, a lovely experience. I even popped back later on in the day to purchase some pumpkin spice teabags, and when I did, I was served by another lovely person — Jessica (again, if I remembered your name incorrectly, I apologise).All in all, whether you're a tea expert or a tea beginner like me, it's a great shop to be in with fantastic service.Thank YOU!

Just went to a fantastic tea lock-in in Norwich (potions). Really fun and loved how interactive it was! I've been to a few lock-ins and been in the store loads, and the staff are all so friendly and knowledgeable - I always have a great experience. The tea of course is the best as well. Thoroughly recommend!

Attended a Tea Blending Workshop last week and it was absolutely brilliant! So fun, definitely worth the money, and a fabulous atmosphere all night. The two members of staff (I’m so sorry, your names have escaped me!) were what really made the experience so amazing though. They were welcoming, friendly and super super knowledgeable. Lovely people and absolute assets to the store and the company. Thanks for making the experience so great!

Amazing array of SO many teas. Expertly assisted. Allowed to smell the aroma of each tea and explained about them. Then chose a mocha chai on oat milk to enjoy!

Fabulous shop, the staff were so knowledgeable and friendly, I left with a bag full of goodies after trying the lovely samples in the shop. I would definitely recommend this shop and the wonderful teas.

Sarah was absolutely lovely in the Norwich store and let us try lots of lovely flavours so we knew we were buying what we loved. There was no pressure and staff were so friendly and happy to show us every single flavour. They knew answers to every question and were very knowledgable on all the teas and how to make them every which way as well as the histories of some bits! Lovely experience
