I don't recommend this place to anyone. I ring them up at 8am and they answer at 8:27 all I hear there is no appointments left this happen to me alot of time when I needed them. I have two children they get ill but when I tried ranging them all I hear is there is no appointments and take them to walk in centre but the walk in centre is far or i can no get there but you are my local GP why can I no get appointments. How many times you want me to take them to walk in centre this what I did since I have registered here.

This medical center is not fit for purpose. Always made to feel your a nuisance by the reception staff, can never get thru on the phone and when you do your spoken down to. I think they think everyone in the area is on the dole and thats exactly how you get spoken to by reception. Dr keogh is also very rude. Ill be looking for a new medical centre to go to which is a shame as this has been my surgery for 30 years. Used to be really good but have lost there way over the last ten years. ( wrote this 2 years ago and nothing has changed in fact it has got worse.)

The practice has gone down hill for me since Dr Wright left. What a fantastic doctor he was. I have had several appointments with Dr S Keogh. He does not care at all, he never reads your notes or checks family history he just makes out you’re wasting his time. I have never heard one person say anything positive about him. My Dad went to see him last year in agony with his back, said doctor told him there was nothing wrong with him, he was rushed to hospital a month later and has sadly now passed away, his spine was riddled with tumours. Trying to transfer to another surgery asap.

The doctor who called Simon does not give any sign of care about the patient. He puts the patients under rush and a lot of pressure by keep saying you have only 10 minutes, you have only 10 minutes….This is not the first time I have faced this kind of situation with him,So disappointing to have an appointment with this doctor. The rest of the team members are kind

Been a patient at this surgery for over 30 years and all the doctors nurses & receptionists have been really good but after making a recent phone call to the surgery my call was taken by a very RUDE receptionist who spoke to me in a disgusting manner!!! With people like her working there bringing nasty attitude to work will 100% bring this place down in reputation!!!She needs communication training really bad!!!

This place as never been the best for me or my disabled sons careInfact my son's consultant sent them a very stern letter few years ago and want me to move from this practice, but due to my disability which is gone down hill under this practice, verified by long covid specialists doing survey on the lack of support - they also pointed out my son's lack of care.First moving here I was told by one Dr he wanted me stuck off the NHS for moving nearer my home with a surgery due to my health issues which was certainly not as bad as it is now.i have recently been victimised by my beliefs and research and biased my views in mental health rather than my choice if brief, and ended putting me in danger by disinformation saying I lived with my daughter and was keeping her hostage - my daughter is 34, lives 125 mike's away, never lived in Nottingham!!!Supposed to be referred to brain clinic but that if course never happenedThen I was told I was under a Dr I had never heard of and ended up been given a phone appointment by a Dr who clearly dud not accept my health, nor the fact I don't live near a road and in cooler weather I cannot walk far, nor the fact I am loosing the power of speech - if I was referred to the right places not victimised for been a single parent carer struggling with Ill health which they don't care about as I don't fit in their little tick boxesTheir nurse practitioner thinks sign posting other obvious while forgetting my son is a child and goes thru child services to get respite is insane.Mental health nurse again no respect for someone who is a carer of a disabled child and thinks u should be sat by a phone when my son comes home from school... Given he needs 24 hour care and attention...But since the main Dr retired who kept that place more ticking over than my last visit where it was rather manic to be real,Classic reference was a Dr saying talking iron tablets would clear everything wrong with me, just missing the red nose and big shoes! Now wish I had been banned from the NHS for who I have suffered over the last few years. I would if had better health that trying to put my faith my drs,If you leave long covid do not go to these drs,Even the medical people doing research on long covid are not happyMy son's consultant who is still my son's consultant in now a different role didn't want my son solely in their care, I was sent a copy of the letter by her, but as I was trying to understand damage to my body with king covid I didn't listen and we suffered - my son was supposed to be in soley GP care at age 14, nearly 16 and he has same consultant who has known me since my son was born.I know quite a few people who have similar issues but they have got listened to, sadly I don't bend over backwards to be a sheep, or in tick boxes, what I do do is try to struggle on despite the odds, sadly walking and falling, and losing energy laid on pavements is not my favourite pastime, nor how bad my lungs get if I try to complete tasks for son and his home, given Nottingham cannot manage respite or support for me, as doesn't exist. And I am losing speech with no support, should if been referred to hospital but because the drs cannot understand long covid at this surgery and the grief of losing mobility while struggling as a carer with no support, and my son hitting me due to his disability which was wrongly classed as well as my beliefs through research - thousands if not millions now with same, I have been heavily victimised. I was born area, and lived a tragic life, sadly their disinformation nearly got me attacked. So please be careful using these drs.Sadly they need to not bully patients who don't talk properly because they cannot get support to be referred to the memory clinic, ( yet they still expect you to talk on phonesI cannot out in winter because if my damaged lungs from long COVID.Yet when a Dr shouts at you that you must do this as they said so,No .A patient has rights,One is that their religion and beliefs are respectedThat their disability is respected

The doctors in this practice are absolutely useless! Doctors are misjudging patients constantly putting their life’s at risk. Especially doctor Simon, he makes you feel like you’re wasting his time, he won’t listen or read your notes. Doctor Charlotte is exactly the same! People like these shouldn’t be called doctors at all as it feels like they haven’t even finished their GCSEs! AVOID AT ANY COST
