I want to say a huge thank you to Joe and the team at Bradley’s in Honiton, you have made the sale of my property simple and stress free.Joe is a fantastic Sales Guy, very charming but kind, funny and boy, does he know his stuff - when I first met him, after a few minutes I knew I would be using Bradley’s to market the property - he looks like an estate agent (not we should hold this against him) but his knowledge of the market and local area is second to none. I was very impressed and was especially blown away when we agreed the marketing price at the same level without discussion.Becki, Vicki and the rest of the team in Honiton are great support to Joe and offer excellent customer service, easy to deal with, nothing is ever too much trouble and like I said made the whole process of selling a property easy.It’s a real team effort and I would encourage anyone buying or selling to get in touch with Bradley’s Honiton first - I can’t speak highly enough of them.
