Don't arrive before 8am. I had builders waiting on an item so needed to be there the second they opened. I arrived at 7.50 and waited in the yard for them to open and was accosted by a rude and ill mannered red haired lady who clearly is not in the business of building customer relations! I said I was happy to wait but not content with this she was verbally abusive and informed me that she has called the police before on some poor sod who was early! If there was anywhere else that sold the product i would have gone there.
