Excellent facilities, always clean and well maintained. The staff are amazing and very knowledgeable. This gym also has a cafe and beauty facilities, would highly recommend all three.Great atmosphere and welcoming to all.

Highly recommend the spinning classes @Thrive. Rachel and Julie, both do 45 minute classes.Then go and visit the cafe, for a selection of healthy drinks. Wonderful staff and lovely atmosphere.If you fancy, a pampering then visit the beauty area. Ellie and Alex are amazing.

Great relaxing atmosphere and comfy seating. A good selection of refreshments and vegan options. A small, however tasty selection of cakes are always available.

Amazing facility, lovely and quiet unlike mainstream gyms. I live in Chichester and make the drive specifically for here and go to Asda on my way home.I have a hidden disability and was so worried about coming as my experiences at other facilities have been terrible but all of the staff I interacted with were so kind and polite, lovely people.The cafe is 100% vegan and amazing, such a comfortable relaxed atmosphere and the blueberry smoothie I got was AWESOME! They very kindly substituted in oat milk for me and put my mind at ease about my pineapple allergy/cross contamination as well.Highly highly recommend!
