He was definitely part of the factor in me buying a car and really worked hard to get a number we were both happy with - Perry’s are lucky to have him and I really appreciate your help today Chris!

I called to see if I was able to place an order for the SEAT Ateca FR and I was told and asked by Chris Stott to come in and have a look at one they had. As soon as I met Chris, he was welcoming, warm and friendly. I felt more than comfortable and he gave me all the information I needed. In the end I placed the order and he said he will keep me updated until it is due to be delivered at end of the month. Definitely a professional atmosphere and very friendly staff. Thank you Chris for helping me choose the right car, model and colour.

I cannot even put into detail how bad this dealership is, communication, service and all round absolutly terrible. I bought a car 3 months ago and iv drove it for 2 weeks they have been ‘fixing’ it the whole time and still have it now, never return your calls. Was so fast to take my MONEY!!! Sent numerous emails and no response. What do i need to do to make an official complaint heard and listened too!!!!!!!

DO NOT USE! Bought a car from here 3 months ago and told the V5 would be sent via post. Have spent over 2 hours on calls and all I’ve had is shoddy excuses. Used car sales manager is a jobs worth and has no customer service skills at all. I imagine he couldn’t sell a carrot at the market, never mind a car. Use a garage that actually knows how to sell you a car and complete the admin.

I can highly recommend the customer service I received today from Chris Stott. I found that the staff at Perry's Bolton go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable throughout the process.

An awful experience purchasing a car.Paid the deposit to collect the car on a Saturday. Ended up being two weeks later with the garage only communicating when we called them. Was told by the manager that we’d hear back from them by the next day which didn’t happen. Was told the car had been MOTed which we found out it hadn’t. Was told the car had received a full service and the engine warning light appeared the following day. Was told to take it to a local garage for it to be fixed and we’d be payed back for the repairs. Still haven’t been paid back three weeks later. On the day of purchase 3 months ago, we were told we’d be sent the full service history. That still hasn’t happened. Have been told multiple times that we’d “hear back by the end of the day” which has never happened.I would not recommend this garage to anyone.
