Warm and friendly welcome was emphasised by the cozy interior. The definition of a local pub, with perfectly poured pints and great food.There was a small issue with the food, but may have been due to personnal preference and/or late rush, but staff where overly-accomadating.Very kind, and friendly. A must visit for good food

Nice little hidden gem of a pub tucked away from the road. Friendly bar staff and welcoming locals so an excellent way to spend the evening. Dog friendly too & a nice warm fire

A group of 10 ladies had dinner at The Sun last night. Delicious food and great service..lots of clean plates and fun had. Would thoroughly recommend a visit. The chips are amazing!
