After a problem with my delivery the customer service manager intervened and ensured that the issue was resolved.I was very happy that they chased up the problem and I would now have confidence in ordering from them again

After not receiving my parcel of tea which the Royal Mail lost during their pay dispute, the issue was quickly resolved by Emily @ Tea Pigs. First class customer service given and would recommend to all without hesitation.

I bought and paid for a box of the jasmine tea. They sent the wrong tea. Their customer disservce staff insisted I had to return the box they sent and refused to despatch the correct one. Legally I have no obligation to return the one they sent, and they are contractually bound to send the one they have failed to send. Lousy service doesn't even begin to describe how appalling they are. They demanded I print a returns label however I have no printer. Love the ovepriced tea, but would to touch them with a barge pole on service grounds. I am now considering legal action against them as they refuse to send what I paid forUpdate: Have discussed with them and the situation is resolved and I now have the box I ordered. Now satisfied thanks and have upped the star rating

I have ordered various teas, cold brews and accessories from teapigs in the past and I'm very happy with the high quality of their products. Definitely a must try!Also I would like to give a thumbs up to their amazing customer service. I've had an issue with the shipping of my last order (the issue lay with the courier) and they moved mountains to find a solution to the problem. Thank you so much and keep up the good work.

I had a problem with a packet of pyramid tea bags. I emailed and explained the problem together with the bar code and details from the outer packaging. I received a prompt response and a replacement shipped the same day. The emails were friendly, co-operative and understanding. A first class experience. Thank you
