Rugs of London

If I could I would give Rugs of London 110%. I recently bought a Nanaj Rug without even stepping into the shop. I saw the carpet online and then Mr Houman showed me around his shop on his phone through WApp. The carpet was recieved the next day through DHL, and it was exactly as I saw it on the phone/online. Upon request a Certificate of Authenticity was sent via email. All together I had an outstanding experience, they are experienced, totally honest and trustworthy genuine people, and have a wide selection of Carpets to fit all budgets. I know a little about carpets so I can say the carpets they sell are 100% authentic, something that you can pass from one generation to another. This wont be the last carpet I.buy from Rugs of London will definately buy again, and I will recommend this shop to anyone who is a lover of genuine art work, 100% hand made carpets, made from pure wool and silk, from Persia and Afghanistan.

I went to Rugs of London to look for hand woven rugs for my living room and dinning room. They had a wide variety of rugs from different countries around the world and also Houman and his team were very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me to make my selection. I was able to get two beautiful pieces which look absolutely stunning in my home. The quality is top notch!

A pleasure to deal with. Great choice and good availability across designs and budgets. I dealt with Houman who helped enormously in the choice and organised delivery exactly when i wanted. I bought 2 runners from him which look amazing in my hallways and will go on to purchase moreindeed i did go on to purchase a large one. Houman again could not have been better, i had looked at some online but Houman actually brought another one to my place as he thought it would go better. it did!. These chaps are experts and a pleasure to deal with.

After I ordered the rugs, I received a phone call to fine tune delivery and the purchase. The rugs then arrived very quickly as agreed in perfect condition. I have bought items from Rugs of London several times and the quality is very high.

The owner Houman assisted us personally and went out of his way to show us a selection of carpets that suited to our requirements. He was very knowledgeable and was able to address any questions we had immediately and efficiently. Houman is very dedicated to his customers and showed a professional attitude. The carpet was sent promptly and arrived the next day. It was of excellent quality and 100% authentic. We most certainly will be coming back to the store to get our other rugs cleaned or to buy other carpets in the future.
