Let me start with the positive, The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was good too. Chicken curry and Fried rice was decent. Negative feedback: They are using elephant pre-made chapattis. If it's hard for you to make chapattis please remove it from the menu. Dosa wasn't really up to the restaurant standards but chutney and sambar was ok . There are very few south Indian restaurants in Newcastle, I would like to suggest to the management that if you put more effort on your food quality. You will be doing really well.

I had very bad experience with wingrove cafe..I have ordered in uber eats poori and curry and different other dishes, after charging service charge and delivery charge they forgot to send me the poori curry.. when i gave them a call, They answered very rudely saying that they forgot to keep them in the bag, they wanted to reoder something with extra money so that they will send curry with that order.. How ridiculous.. when i questioned them back they hungup my call. I have whole call recording where i am going to claim in the small cases court uk.

Horrible food, I literally spat it out, it's almost toxic. Our food contained more than ordinary amount of baking powder and food was cold and burnt. This place needs to be reported to the food safety authorities.

Good food and friendly staff. This is a place I would recommend for good South Indian food, that too on a budget.

We had ordered a takeaway . We had the chicken biriyani which was pretty good compared to many places I have tried around the city. The chicken curry was authentic and had proper flavours and spice which I really enjoyed. Overall happy with the food

Masala Tea is superb and a must have. Try Paneer Masala Dosa when confused between Paneer vs Masala Dosa. Service is good and polite. The atmosphere is good with Punjabi music on the big screen. Overall experience is good.

If you're looking for the best Indian tiffins and chutneys in town, you need to visit this place. You won't be disappointed. It's the perfect place to get a taste of nostalgia."
