We popped in for a quick tour as short for time. Saw the beautiful silver collection and Charters etc. Must go back! Very interesting and everything explained in a fun and friendly manner. Thank you.

LOST HERTIAGE, ENGLAND:The original town hall was an ornate timber building in the tudor style which had been completed in 1620. It was described by Nikolaus Pevsner as a sight to thrill any visitor from England or abroad". It was the most fantastic black and white building imaginable

Shamefully neglected Listed building (owned by the county council) which currently has an 'outstanding urgent repairs' bill of almost £2m. Would any other Listed building owner be permitted to turn a blind eye to such structural negligence? Somehow I doubt it.

An amazing and beautiful historic building. The architecture is stunning as is the decor. It has several floor levels served by a lovely wide, carpeted architectural staircase. The various rooms and hallways have very high and some arched ceilings. It is very peaceful and a joy to see.

I didn't go actually into the Town Hall I went into Citizens Advice Bureau. Which you access under the arch on the right hand side in that building. My review will be based on my experience there. The staff there are wonderful exceptionally understanding I felt at ease straight away. The lady conducting my appointment was empathetic and caring throughout I didn't feel rushed at any time. It's a lovely clean building. So thank you all so very much for making my experience so calming and comfortable.
