Dreadful company!!Take my advice and avoid at all costsI ordered 2 doors both did not fit. They have left me with a cut down front door which was supposed to be temporary and no door at all for my conservatory which is leaking rain water everywhere! I have tried all week to contact them only to be ignored. I have just received a letter from them telling me that I have to wait for another 5 weeks!!! Horrendous customer service horrendous surveyor. The only good thing was the fitter who tried his hardest to make a temporary door for the main entrance to ensure I was safe. Safe style couldn’t care less I am now taking the legal routeUPDATE- After being ignored for a week safestyle finally contacted me early one more told me the doors were there and A fitter was available did I want it done!!!!I accepted (of course) the fitter arrived doors fitted .Overal verdict- The fitters are fantastic! Went above and beyond to try to help the situation and knew their jobs PERFECT!Safestyle no no no! Use a different company!Surveyor - kenny wheeldon - Horrendous, rude, disrespectful!!' I will be making a formal complaint.

Look at this lovely, security, composite door! I'm delighted! As a property developer, previously, the quality is exceptional. You do get what you pay for but as this is my forever home, I wanted the best and I have got it.Kevin Thompson - the salesman - was professional, well mannered, polite and efficient. The price was more than, as a developer, I'm used to but, on consideration, I've got the Rolls Royce of doors and there has been a leap in costs, due to inflation, after all. Weighing it up, I thought it better to buy now rather than leave it. Prices are rocketing and interest rates increasing, so I grabbed the interest free option, over two years, to make my money work in the here and now. I'm not sure lending in the future will be as abundant as now... we have already seen loan products being pulled or hiked in interest!The surveyor and fitter were great too, very friendly and quick.No complaints, really... although I didn't get my 5 keys promised, just the standard 3, I could push for it but, to be honest, can't be bothered!

The installation of my windows went very smoothly & all the fitters were very professional. The windows look wonderful but I did notice a couple of problems after the fitters had left. I reported this immediately & was very impressed that the problems were rectified within a couple of days. Had I been able I would have awarded 4 1/2 stars.I have since placed a second order which shows I rate this company very highly.

Ordered a new front door after waiting ages for local small traders to not come back eith a price etcSafestlye had a chap around to quote next day, surveyor not long after and actually rang up to say they could fit the door a week early!My kid daftly left his xmas present keyring on the keys to the old door, Nick from the Exeter branch kindly found it and is even dropping it round so great service and the door is fine

Terrible service, door installed faulty and it has taken well over a year to be reinstalled. In this time the customer service was poor and rarely was I able to contact them. 7 missed appointments without informing me the engineer wouldn’t be showing. To top it off the situation is still not resolved. If I could give 0 stars I would have - avoid!

I purchased 1 door and 9 windows from safe style. All basic windows with UPVC class A i believe. The staff that came to fit the windows were very prompt and got started straight away. Very professional and even humoured me when i asked questions about the work they were doing, very pleasant. The scaffolding however didn't turn up on time which was slightly annoying as i had been told a time frame that wasn't stuck too. It didn't matter too much from a fitting perspective as they just got on with other windows they could do in the mean time. Very good value for money considering even the most basic of designs and window functions still look great. Overall, a good service. A company that is quite vigilant in making sure customer service is a high standard.

I've just had a new composite front door, uPVC back door, and new porch installed. Overall I'm very happy. The fitter did a nice job, and there was no damage done to the surrounding walls etcThe uPVC back door looked a little disappointing at first, as although it is white, the actual colour is a little off white due to the nature of the 'woodgrain effect' we went for.However, the fitter Archie that came back a few days later to fit a thumb turn on it gave it a proper clean with solvent solution and it looks like a different door. He also adjusted our existing french doors for us as they were bodged when they were fitted by the previous owners. His attitude to his work was first class and he genuinely cared about doing a good job for people, a rarity these days sadly.

I had a new window and French doors installed recently. Having previously had the front door and a window replaced I new what to expect from Safe Style and I was not disappointed. The new window and doors look fabulous. Having had experience on building sites of snagging as a Health and Safety Manager before retirement, I was quick to point out misgivings, and the guys were great explaining all my fears away and showing me how everything worked. I had all white this time and it looks just great. The only downside is that I need to get out the paintbrush to make both inside and outside look as good. Both guys worked well as a team and the installation was finished to a very high standard in a short time. Thank you Safe Style you've done it again!

Currently having master bedroom, living room windows, cladding on the front of the house and the front door being replaced by safe style. They have fitted the master bedroom window and replaced the front door in a week. We were told the whole job would take one day. They then told us we need to fit the cladding ourselves? Even though we are not qualified window fitters. They told us it would make the job quicker but in reality it’s made it twice as hard and longer. They told the scaffolding company the wrong information so the scaffolding is incorrect for the job, so they use that as a gateway to not do the job. There customer service team is useless and do not help what so ever. I strongly advise not using safe style!! Not only have they messed us around but they have also messed around the scaffolders, And given them selves a very bad first impression. They claim to be the uk’s best window company and dedicate themselves to customer service. What a load of S***

After putting up with blown double glazing for years we finally bit the bullet and decided to get new windows and door fitted. We met the local rep and he was so helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all our concerns and from the moment we'd selected the door, windows and fittings we knew we'd done the right thing. We'd shopped around a little, so were confident that we were getting great value and the payment plan meant that we could afford to get the job done. Less than a couple of months later the workman arrived to carry out the installation. Suffice to say we are delighted. No only do they look great (and fit in with the surroundings of the conservation area), but they have massively cut down the noise from the busy road outside. We haven't even got a draught blowing down our necks as we sit on the settee of an evening, unlike before. We'd more than happily recommend Safe Style to anyone.
