Bishopston bagels

I've used Bishopston Bagels for 3 or 4 corporate lunches now for up to 60 people and they never disappoint!Myles is always happy to accommodate our dietary requirements and he is always a pleasure.We will keep coming back!-Ecosurety

Delicious homemade bagels! Ordered a bag of cheese and jalapeño when we were staying in Bristol and they were so tasty! They also keep really well when sliced and frozen. Really happy to be supporting local independent businesses with great products.

We ordered filled bagels for the whole team at Linden Accountants and they were delicious, really filling. We ordered 4 different types and each one had loads of filling. Ordering was easy and the owner Myles , emailed us to say thanks which was a really lovely touch. We will definitely order again and recommend them to our clients.

We love Myles and his bagels. They are fresh and plenty of filling. Our team also love his gluten free brownies. He caters for all our teams needs and we also enjoy being guinea pigs on new flavours for his fillings. I would recommend giving Myles a try, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Myles

We have been using Bishopston Bagels for a few months now for our Wednesday office lunches. The bagels are amazing and the fillings are so fresh and tasty. Myles has been great at catering to our needs. The whole team especially look forward to the peanut butter biscuits and brownies, they are a must try!!

In such a foodie city it’s amazing that nobody bakes bagels. Until now. Myles is a bagel baker extraordinaire. Honestly the best bagel I’ve had in a long time. Fresh as anything, great texture and taste, perfect level of chewiness (should feel like a bit of an oral workout). I applaud you Myles, everyone else fill your boots with his bagels, they’re bloody brilliant

This morning I had the greatest bagel experience of my life, and this is no exaggeration. Even if we take away the excellent delivery service (bagels delivered with a smile, still warm from being fresh out the oven) the cheese and jalopeno bagel is simply a life-changing sensation. Soft yet crispy. Perfect ratio of flavours, the little kick from the jalopeno combining with the cheese in a way that can only be described as playful. A thousand poems could not do justice to this bagel. You just have to try it yourself!My only criticism is that bishopston bagels has ruined other bagels for me. Now when I pass regular bagels in the supermarket I can no longer even consider them, because I know they will only disappoint me, they are nothing in comparison to bishopston bagels.Pro tip: you can freeze the bagels (cut them in half first) to preserve the optimal freshness so you can have that perfect bagel experience each morning!

I love bagels, but the supermarket ones are rubbish. These ones are the real deal. Delivered to our door and still warm, they were fantastic! Thank you.
