I picked up my new blue i10 from Platinum Hyundai Trowbridge this morning. I was very impressed with the service I received from Chris Shorrocks, from the initial phone call I made, Chris picked up the car from Chippenham so I could look over the car and test drive it locally. During the selling process Chris explained everything clearly to me. I was offered extras with no hard sell and given time to decide. Chris talked me through the controls of the car before I left and made sure I was happy. Great customer service thank you.

An excellent dealer. Yasmine was happy to spend a lot of time with us to ensure we had the right car. She very honest and helpful. Only downside is the long delivery time (5-6 months) for a new vehicle but this is down to the global supply chain and Hyundai and is similar for many other car brands .

Absolute spot on in terms of customer service and overall care taken. I dealt with Chris who was friendly, informative and professional.
