I had a regular in Old Street. And often had the massage through the app (Urban) when I couldn’t travel due to work.Two days ago, I found this place and they were absolutely brilliant. They explained that I had spasm in my upper right back, leading to the front of my neck (and it was quite painful).An hour of deep tissue treatment, I felt like as though I was floating all the way home.And two days later, I returned back to the gym and my body felt like a brand-new car. I had no issues, no reduced mobility and found myself pushing even further.This made me realise the commercial massages aren’t really that good. They press on the problem and just tell you to “stretch”. This shop is very specialised and they know what they are doing and have the best advice to give.I’m looking forward to going back next month for the “oil change”.Thanks, Ivan.
