Jez, Sam and the lads here are great. I've struggled to find somewhere that I trust &feel comfortable with, after 10years of driving.Other mechanic s I found gave did amounts, didn't seem to car aslong as they got paid. But these guys are great. My 18yo also uses them and they don't talk down to you like your stupid( even thou we don't know about cars). The advice is great, the prices are more than reasonable. I completely have faith and trust in these guys... Massive THANK YOU

Took my Landrover in to sort out a bad oil leak a supposed LR specialist in Bournemouth had taken a week to look at and failed to identify. Autodiag diagnosed it in 1 hour and didn’t even charge me for it! Fantastic trustworthy garage with really good knowledge and honest too. What more can you ask for. I’ll be back for sure.

I realised late one Thursday evening that my MOT had expired (quite how I didn't realise I don't know). Immediately I panic searched for recommended garages and sent out a few messages. Jez got back to me extremely quickly and even offered that he may be able to sort it on Friday, being the very next day. As I was at work, I asked when else he could do it, and he got me in on the Saturday.I was able to drop my car off on the Friday evening and leave it safely in his unit. I could have also posted my keys through if he hadn't of been there - which is a really good option as a lot of other garages don't offer a key drop. My MOT was done so efficiently, and passed (he even made some minor adjustments without cost that may otherwise have failed it). He also checked out some other things that I'd highlighted to me and he didn't put a single ounce of pressure on for me to get any work done, certainly not immediately, and never once presumed I'd book the work needed with him (but on the strength of this experience, I decided to do just that).My experience of Jez was that he is realistic, fair, supportive, non-judgemental and has a clear passion for the work he does and service he provides. Given that I'd never met him or used his garage before, I felt immediately safe and trusted him, my instinct turned out to be spot on. He is pricing is extremely fair and I will be sure to recommend him to friends and family.

Jez and he team are just excellent as well as being very competitive cost wise. Use him for service and maintenance on both my vehicles

Our oil light came on in the middle of our journey, luckily these guys were so close and helped us out no question, providing oil, pumping up the tyres, and giving the car a quick once over. Absolutely recommend!

My usual garage couldn't fit me in for new brakes for a few weeks, so I rang AutoDiag after seeing recommendations online. Not only did they squeeze me in really quickly despite being busy, they were so accommodating, friendly and brilliant price. I was able to sit in the waiting area and work while using the super comfy reclining chairs with a cup of tea and Marley the dog for company. Safe to say these guys are going to be my new regular garage!

Didn't have to have any work done due to an RAC breakdown and resulting in scrapping the vehicle, however the dealings I had with this company led me to believe that they are the rare breed of garages that actually cares about customer service. If work is needed then I won't hesitate to use them.

I initially took my Ford Focus to Allen Ford in Rugby for an airbag light issue, expecting a call with an outcome during the day. They also spent additional time totting up other things wrong with the car - without my permission - and text me a video of an 'inspection' adding to the cost which was £122. The only call I received during the day around the text with the inspection was 'my car is now ready for collection'. Disgusted at the service, I took the car over to AutoDiag after posting in 'Rugby Recommends' group on Facebook. Lot's of people recommended them. They haven't only sorted out the airbag light, but also some of the issues picked up by Ford, and 90% cheaper than Ford were quoting! Will never use main dealer again - will certainly use AutoDiag next time! Thanks guys - Owain

After being quoted £200 just to diagnose my car at FORD then extra on top this place was recommended by RAC I give this man 10 out of 10. Fantastic honest genius diagnosed and fixed in less than 24 hours and of a cost that was a lot lower than ford was going to charge me just to try and find the fault. I have for the FIRST time in my life a mechanic that I can trust. Well done Jez

I just came back from this garage today and was very pleased with the repair work and service I received. Jeremy - the owner of the garage is a very friendly and honest person.He has rich knowledge in his job and identified the problem of my heated mirror very quickly. He has not only fixed it in very short period of time, but also charged a reasonable price. If I went to the dealer, the bill would easily have been doubled. I would highly recommend Jeremy and his garage to anyone.
