The Farmers Carvery & Grill
We had a party of 11 adults and 2 children. All the adults had a carvery and there was not one complaint among us. Wonderful traditional carvery. More like your home cooked without all the washing up. Broccoli, cauliflower cheese, swede mash, carrots,roast potatoes, mash potatoes, beef, gammon, lots more. Lovely gravy. Relaxed atmosphere. Not too crowded. All in all we enjoyed a fantastic meal and were able to hear each other speak.

Went with a big group of people. Preordered a halal or vegetarian meal no order was ready, not a big deal. However when asked about Halal options said only the turkey was halal but used the same carving knife to cut all the meat resulting in cross-contamination! Most certainly not halal nor acceptable!

We were 1st few in the farmers..25 of us caused a little chaos to begin ..but the girls serving soon got to grips and hot drinks were served..everything was good.. my only reservation was the quality of the sausages in my opinion. I am fussy with bangers.. not much flavour only in my opinion..drinks were extra on top of breakfast... most buffet breakfasts i know include tea coffee etc...overall good experience.. staff were excellent... world go again..

We turned up on a busy Sunday without a reservation. There were 4 of us. The floor manager quickly put some tables together for us and we were able to order at the bar.The food was amazing

Arthur, you hosted Gary's wake today, my brother. I have to tell you that your staff are second to none. Your bar staff were amazing, so obliging and friendly, the food you served was exemplary, you even served people with food that was no longer on view and available, once it run out. We want to thank you for what you did today, you and your amazing, friendly staff. You know what it feels like to mourn and you made it easier for us x thank you all x x

Big pub on the outskirts of Peterborough. Plenty of parking available. A beer garden to the rear of the pub. Really good food and fast service. We went on a Saturday and it seems very popular.
