'Willow' was promptly despatched soon after ordering and Neil stayed in touch throughout the extended delivery due to circumstances beyond his control...excellent customer service! The robust wooden packaging ensured there was no danger of the sculpture being damaged during delivery. The packaging has been returned for reuse.The sculpture itself is elegant and visually stunning, changing with the natural light. The 3 long pegs used to secure the sculpture to the ground are both solid and unobtrusive.Very happy with both the purchase itself and the company.

We received a Highland Stag silhouette sculpture and found a place of prominence in the garden in which to create a rocky crag scene. Very pleased how it turned out. We experimented with lighting ( nighttime ) using a white LED triple spot and that transformed the natural rust finish into a glowing white Stag - quite unexpected. It brought another dimension to the piece - with a completely different effect at night. Thanks very much, Neil & Jenny, for your work.

I am so delighted with my two recent purchases from Devenick Designs. which are very unique and beautifully made. They arrived very promptly, just six days after ordering, and they were packed very well and secure on arrival in Dublin. The courier charge was very reasonable too! I can't wait to place my 'Pouncing Fox' and 'Corn Ear Bird' in my new garden. I'll be buying more of their designs for sure. Thank you for all your help Jenny, you were a pleasure to deal with.

I ordered four animal sculptures from Devenick Designs recently as I had seen them featured in Gardens Illustrated and thought they were really striking compared to other garden art I have seen. They were also well priced compared with other work. Neil at Devenick was so helpful and friendly, calling me direct to check a couple of things and let me know how the order was going. You don't often get personal customer service like that these days!! The rusty hares are now standing proud in our orchard and we have yet to dig the pond to accommodate the white herons. I am delighted with them and 10 out of 10 for good customer service! Thank you

Brilliant.There is always nervousness when clicking ‘buy now’ on a £100+ online purchase when you’ve not dealt with the vendor before. No worries here. Hugely impressed with communication, delivery, packaging and especially the product itself which looks absolutely beautiful. Like I say I couldn’t fault anything, but I get the impression that with these guys if there were a delivery issue etc they’d go the extra mile to sort it and keep the customer happy.

I contacted Devenick Designs after my wife had fallen in love with Hagrid the stag, but the design appeared to be sold out. I was contacted almost by return to be told there was one remaining and I was a given a very generous amount of time in which to make a decision. It was not needed however and I immediately confirmed the purchase with great relief! All correspondence was super efficient, the company are really friendly, helpful and run a slick operation.I was amazed when the stag arrived just two days later, quite beautifully packed. The box itself was another example of great attention to detail. Hagrid was easy to put up and looks absolutely splendid in his new location. We are absolutely thrilled and would not hesitate to highly recommend the Devenick Designs and wish them every success in the future.
