Best place I have ever taken my dog, girl is so patient and my dog who used to be scared of grooming just bounces in to see her, wouldn't use anywhere else

Brought my dog in to try and get her groomed and the woman was quite rude was booking her in for next day I said that she might nip and she says a nip is a bite and she just refused to cut her r book the dog in as she said my dog doesn't pay her mortgage if it bit her very rude about it I thought grooming dogs you put a muzzle on them in 1st place this same place as my mum goes to for her 2 dogs terrible attitude towards me
