Over charging me constantly. Missing items on delivery. When I collect the missing items I'm getting charged. Time to shop elsewhere. Not the 1st time they've tried to con me. Someone's on the take, also contacting my customer directly and tried to over charge them. It's supposed to be trade only. I've had enough

Front of house assistant was lovely, offering her help if needed. The second employee was rude and judgmental, we have a large budget of 20000+ however her comments made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Woman with black hair and sat in the back office has lost our business
