I cannot be grateful enough with this service. Andy is one of the kindest and most competent people I have ever dealt with. He went beyond his duties to help, dealing with my call at 8.00pm, signposting me to someone in my area that couldn't help, and then, when i called him back to see whether he could advise me on anyone else, he just said he will try remotely.he did it - we didn't manage to recover the absolutely latest version of my file, but one of one hour earlier. I am over the moon, I thought i had lost a day worth of work!!!I cannot recommend this service enough.

I spoke to Andy who was available at 11pm during the night for 24hr emergency service. He provided remote support to show me how to use the software when i had an issue with the Bitlocker key plus worked out a contingency plan to have the recovery done in the lab while I was to waited so that no data was to be looked at during the process. Privacy was extremely important to me and was reassured by Andy that with this plan, my drive would only be decrypted and saved image would be ready for me to take home, and no copies of the drive or access to my files would have been saved within data Recovery Hospital.

Very happy with the service from R3 Data Recovery. Recovered most of my files from a memory stick that suddenly died on me and of course stupidly I hadn't backed up. Saved me literally 1000's of hours of work and consequently very good value for money.Also extremely efficient, polite and helpful with great comms.

R3 Data Recovery provided an excellent service from start to finish. From my initial phone call, through to receipt of the recovered data files on a new hard-drive, the people I spoke to and the e-mails that we subsequently exchanged were very helpful with clear explanation of process, costs and likely outcomes. They swiftly succeeded in achieving full recovery of 95% of my data from a badly damaged laptop internal hard drive. Of the remaining 5%, some files were partially recovered. I opted for the standard service, rather than the express service - nevertheless, R3 were able to complete the task within a week. Would certainly recommend them to anyone who, like me, was facing a complete data nightmare - many thanks indeed to the R3 team.
