Stefan came out to look at my oven the day after my call, was quick to diagnose the problem, able to install a new part and fix problem in same visit and explained it all to me in terms I understood. Would absolutely recommend and will use again without hesitation.

Stephen came in the agreed timeslot and repaired our Miele combi oven when the microwave part stopped working. Diagnostic troubleshooting and identifed a stuck microswitch and an internal fuse blown. All sorted for a sensible price. Clearly very knowledgeable and experienced. Would readily recommend.
