Good location, rooms were excellent with good lighting and plenty of power points.The bathroom was well appointed with everything needed, shower was lovely and hot. Only one negative was the breakfast - asked for soft scrambled eggs with cheese but came out very hard scrambled with a small pile of grated cheese sprinkled on the top...not what I was expecting. The evening buffet choice was hot and plentiful. The staff were all polite and friendly. Would happily go there again.

Had a 3000liter pond leak after 30 years and decided to have it filled in. Woodgrow sprung to our aid. Same day inspection of the empty pond which was 6 foot deep in places, 2 more days for the quote. Then one more week for the job to be done and completed. It was done in a day, mostly filler soil then 3 tons of best top spin. Totally tidy and clean after completion. Absolutely brilliant. At 80 years old I can’t thank them enough. All controlled by Martin.

Excellent customer service, was greeted and helped throughout our visit by Caroline. Very knowledgeable and happy to answer our questions. Order placed, delivered next day. Delivery man was very polite and friendly. Will most certainly be using Woodgrow Horticulture again for the rest of our gardening materials, more hardcore, gravel, bark and trees.

The team at Woodgrow helped us replace a privet hedge at our new business premises. They provided excellent support throughout, from identifying the appropriate species, size, and quantity of hedge plant, to sourcing the plants from Holland, to delivery and advice on planting and future care. Amazing service in these difficult times, highly recommended!

Excellent service from start to finish. Very welcoming to us at there facility. Always happy to chat and offer advice on both occasions. Helped us with our decision making, ordering, and then kept us up to date with our delivery and answered our questions. Delivery service worked well too. Very good service and good value too.
