I had my first cupping treatment at Karuna Wellbeing. I’ve never received such personalised, well explained care from a practitioner, so informative and thoughtful, the treatment was tailored to my needs before I’d even arrived, there was a therapy dog when I did, and I felt the prolonged relief (physical and psychological for dayssss after) I can’t recommend ENOUGH!!

My first visit to Karuna today for my facial cupping on arrival was welcomed by the freindly and smiling jasmine and Carly who asked about my issues and explained thoroughly about my treatment treatment room really calming and the cupping Hopi candle good see you next week guys ❤️

This is not like any normal Spa Treatment. Not one that I have been to before. Karuna Wellbeing Ltd specialise in health and wellbeing.The minute you arrive you can feel the calm and tranquility take over you. This is my first time here and I loved my treatment. I feel relaxed and spaced. Jasmine offered some additional advise to take away with me to help me feel more mellow and calm. I look forward to my next visit ☺

I have been going to this place for 2 years nearly now, I have really bad scoliosis as well as other chronic illnesses and the treatments I have such as combination therapy, cupping therapy, acupuncture. It has massively helped my pain, and loosen the muscles. My specialists highly recommend it.

Have been a couple of times now and certainly intend on making a regular visit to Jaz. Had a fantastic massage which relaxed the muscles in my back and knots in my shoulders. The shop has a lovely vibe and relaxed ambience. Jaz is very knowledgeable and the rooms are kept spotless too!

Amazing service, great prices and calming / peaceful room. I had a pregnancy massage and went in with what felt like 1000 knots and left with none! Feelt so relaxed and refreshed. Jasmin focused on my problem areas and personalised my experience. So good I've booked again!

Absolutely fabulous that is the only way I can describe my experience at Karuna Wellbeing! From the moment you walk in you are welcomed by amazing smells of incense and music that makes you want to relax. The massage itself was heavenly and exactly what I needed. Can't wait to come back and experience the bliss again!!! Honestly would recommend to anyone to go and be amazed at the relaxation and pleasure this place has on offer!

The team at Karuna are wonderful. I have tried lots of different treatments, with the latest being dry cupping. It made me so relaxed that I fell asleep! I have struggled with knots in my back for a while but they are beginning to loosen up after treatment from Jaz.

Just had my first treatment with jasmine, can’t believe how good I feel, finally able to move my neck without pain or discomfort. Beautiful calming surroundings, jasmine explained everything clearly and gave me great advice for aftercare, will definitely be returning.
