I had my first lesson with Helen at Teston over the Easter weekend and I thoroughly enjoyed it! I feel as though I learnt a lot in the 2 hour lesson! Definitely book in a lesson with Helen if you are considering getting into paddle boarding :).

My 12 year old daughter and her best friend had the best time with Helen. Helen supported the girls to feel confident about stand up paddle boarding and to know what they were doing as well as have an awareness for health and safety. Helen was prepared and on time and had a great enthusiasm and energy. It was also a beautiful day to be on the water and a beautiful location.I would recommend to anyone looking for something new and adventurous to do with children or adults.

A huge THANK YOU to Helen for her amazing S U P Retreat!! We had an absolute blast! From beginning to end non stop paddling and full days of fun in the sun. I will definitely return to next years!Helen was great and so patient as I was fairly novice but by the end I felt like one of the “professionals” and was up to speed. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. A week I’ll not forget! Looking forward to the reunion. Thank you to Helen and all the team for such a wonderful experience. Off now to buy a board.

It was mine and my partners first time paddle boarding and I’m so happy we chose to have this experience with Helen, she made us feel so comfortable. We were nervous to begin with but definitely felt so safe with Helen there.Helen, being both kind and professional, was able to quickly get us on to our feet and our confidence growing on the water despite our nerves. Had my first lesson with Helen this past weekend. Great experience to get out on the river! Helen was incredibly helpful and gave me some great tips on how to improve as well as some very useful and practical information about paddle boarding and the river itself. Would absolutely recommend.

Had a great lesson with Helen in a wonderful location. For a two hour lesson we spent much more time on the water than I had thought we would. Great help with good technique and also great advice on how to keep safe on the water too. Helen’s teaching style is very relaxed , gave good encouragement and positive feed back and would recommend her to anyone looking to try SUP.

Just spent two hours of the afternoon with Helen for a SUP lesson. It was brilliant. She is an excellent teacher. I couldn’t be happier. It is also a lovely stretch of river. An all together great afternoon.

I found it very useful that she gave us lots of tips on places to paddle and what to look for when considering buying your own board. The location was beautiful too. I'll definitely be back!

Incredible experience, Helen is so knowledgeable and taught us some fantastic skills to apply in the water. Her energy and passion for what she does is infectious, a true 5 star experience, educational, confidence building and loads of fun! Totally buzzing, she was awesome!
