Wirral Uniform Centre

I can't really say anything about the Uniforms as my son hasn't gone back to school as of yet, but the staff are extremely rude. I work in Liverpool and finish at 4:00pm so I don't get into Birkenhead until about 4:40pm. The first time I got to the store it was around 4:50, I was told the store was shut even though the door was still open. The following day I turned up at a similar time and was told the same thing, but I knew the store closed at 5:00pm so insisted on my order. If it was down to me I wouldn't shop there, but for some reason Wirral Grammar for boys have stopped selling the uniform.

Really poorly run, don't care about the people who have paid, covid or not your simply a money making / no customer care business. Took money advised to wait 2 weeks, done that can't get to the shop because of q's of over 2 hours, advised to call store, I have tried over 20 times to call you, NO ONE ANSWERS! Shame, every year we use you and I ask myself why do I do it ? You get orders wrong you loose things. Shocking reallyI'm in the thought of the people that work for you do their best but I'm very suspect of the way it's run.I'd definitely avoid this place .Obv the owner will have something to say about this, but sadly this is a honest review, you need to take a step back look listen and act on feedback .Shocking

Excellent delivery service. Ordered a cardi for my little girl online and it was delivered the same day. Good fit and quality.

Feel their size bit small, specially trousers are very tight , not fit to the size. Always have to take bigger size due to which have to comprise with the long length :(

The staff are very helpful, friendly and supportive with recommendations of what is required for the school uniform required, a lovely place to get your uniform from.

I ordered a sweatshirt for my little boy (I was last minute as usual) and paid the delivery charge. Well the fantastic team at the uniform centre had it delivered the same day :) it's fantastic quality an fits perfectly. Thank you so much guys for the amazing service. I will be buying from you again.

Absolutely FANTASTIC customer service and support! I ordered my eldest sons blazer amongst other stuff and had it delivered on the same day! The blazer however was a bit too small but having a younger son with Autism and Learning difficulties and knowing how busy the shop can get in the summer holidays I was really concerned about going down there with him, (can’t leave him with babysitters etc). I emailed explaining my situation and that I would be ordering PE kits the following week and the staff very kindly agreed that I could swap the blazer for a larger size with the delivery driver when he delivers the next order which they did. The driver was so kind and came with a couple of larger sizes for me to look at. Such a lovely gent! He was so patient while I chose which size and I can’t thank you and your staff enough for such understanding and amazing customer service! I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my sons uniforms as it’s always really good quality but having had this experience now too I just wanted to thank you and give you the recognition you all deserve!

Very unhelpful staff , buying blazers for a tv show , will go elsewhere for everything else that I need

Placed an order at 7:50am and it was delivered by 3pm the same day! Didn't pay extra for this - absolutely fantastic service. Cardigans and jumper look excellent and great quality.

No queue, was welcomed straight away and helped by Sophie who I could tell was experienced and was really friendly yet professional. Got my sons entire high school uniform in one go, was given good advice and wasn’t pressured into buying anything unnecessary - was given tips on how to save money! Thank you for making an anticipated stressful task very easy.
