Forget Me Not Pet Crematorium

Lovely rural setting, very peaceful and Sue dealt with us with the utmost compassion. Priceless for us to be able to take our little man to Sue at a time that suited us without having to wait all weekend or leave him at the vets. A very personal and peaceful service. Thank you Sue.

Sue did a wonderful job with my beautiful dog, Poppy's ashes a few months ago. She was sensitive and handled everything with the vets so I could rest easy knowing it was all in hand. Along with the ashes she saved a pouch of hair and did an ink paw print, which many other services do not do. I felt she charged a reasonable price for the high quality service. I've since lost my hen, Bertha, and Sue was my first point of call for this.

Sue is incredibly kind and compassionate at the most difficult of times a pet owner has to go through, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her!

Sue was as perfect as I could have hoped for at a really horrible time. She went above and beyond for my daughters and I and, well, she’s incredibly good at helping with grief management. Thank you Sue.As a side note, to repeat a previous review, I called 2 other crematoriums recommended by the vet as I am not that local, they were both closed at the weekend. I needed someone Saturday morning, there and then. I did not want my boy going to the clinical vet unnecessarily. Sue was there and was perfect. Blue went in the most beautiful countryside setting. A very comforting thought to carry with me.

On Tuesday 31st October I had to have my beloved cat Toffee put to sleep. So I got on the phone to Sue who went out of her way to reorganise her day to come and collect Toffee. Thank you for taking care of my baby and returning her to me on Sunday 5th November. I am so pleased with the cat casket and paw print and some of Toffees fur.My heart now feels abit better now I have her close. Thank you for everything you do xxx

When our beautiful dog Shadow passed away we took him to Forget Me Not for cremation. Sue was compassionate and understanding and gave us all the time we needed. We knew that Shadow would be well looked after and respected. Thank you so much for what you do. It made our worst day bearable knowing we were leaving him with you until we could collect his ashes and bring him home again.

Sue is very kind, genuine, and loves her own animals. She does everything herself, from the actual cremation to the engraving of the plaque on the casket. Nothing was too much trouble and every detail was exactly how I wanted it to be. It gave me comfort to know my beloved boy was in compassionate and respectful hands and that his final journey was to a place he would have loved to visit in life.
