I had the best experience at Hevans Salon and Corinne in particular was just a dream. She gave me expert advice in how to care for my curly hair and gave me the best cut and shape my hair has EVER had. I will 100% be returning and will be recommending them to everyone!!

I am sorry to say I had a bad experience with having my hair dyed. It came out too patch.====Replying to your question below Harriet, I was there on Sat. 21st October my appointment was at 3.30pm and I called in on the following Monday to discuss the problem, you were very kind and willing to help but, as the technician who did my hair was not present, you could not offer a refund until she d see the problem in person. I explained to you I was travelling abroad for work the next day and would be back in 2 months, which meant i d have to make the colour correction in another salon, abroad. You kept my number and agreed for the technician to call me to discuss the problem and also to give me the details of the colour used so that i could pass it on to the next salon. Sadly, I did not hear back.I am sure your hair salon has gained your customers' loyalty over the years for a reason, and that my case does not reflect your good reputation for great service and customer care.

I had a fab experience at Hevans salon this week. It was my first time in the salon and I was looked after very well by Lilly. From the minute I arrived I was made to feel comfortable and welcome. The massage washbasin was an amazing experience as was the hair wash itself- which is always my favourite part! Once seated I was offered mulled wine and a mince pie —delicious- Lilly did a wonderful job of blow drying my hair and then giving it a wave ready for my Christmas party that evening. Highly recommended Lilly and this lovely salon. Thank you Lilly

First visit for a hair cut (short pixie) with Anne. She was great. So helpful and friendly but most importantly she really listened so I ended up with one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had. Had a colour consultation too and can’t wait to go back in two weeks.

Made me feel very welcome for my consultation. Understanding my needs and allergy, Jack went through the best option to revive my hair.I booked my first appointment there and then, and came away very confident and excited to return.

I can not say enough about this salon. Harriet did a fantastic color on my hair. I've been in the States for 32 years & you can not beat a good cut & color at Hevans. My go to Salon :)

After the salon I used to go to in town closed down, I had to find another hairdressers. I'm so glad I chose Hevans because they are brilliant. The staff are always so friendly, and the atmosphere is always pleasant. Jo my stylist cuts my hair really well and looks after me with tea and biscuits. I love having my hair washed in the massage chair and would thoroughly recommend this salon.
