Called and spoke with Chris who was very helpful and answered all my questions and queries. Gave me lots of info and options. Chris was friendly, patient and speaking to him made me choose to order with them rather than direct from website. When I called back a few days later Bernard spoke to me, help me with me order and processed things extremely efficiently and again friendly and offering lots of options and explanations to a few questions I had. Both guys were extremely helpful and it’s this sort of customer experience that makes me choose buying “in store” rather than a website. After the sale and went through and finance was arranged Bernard called me to confirm it was all on track and to confirm delivery details. First class from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Last month we done all of the upstairs. What a great service we had from the showroom to delivery. The staff in the showroom were so helpful as well. Quality carpet at a great price. I made an error by ordering single door bars instead of double door bars, not a problem, just phoned up and 2 days later a driver came to our door and exchanged them. After doing the upstairs we liked it that much that today we went and bought carpets for the living room and the hall. Seriously folks if you are looking for quality carpet at great prices look no further than here.

Went for artificial grass but you can't pick it up from there so has to be delivered so as well doing it online. Good if you want to see and feel grass though. Found a really good chip shop quite close so not all bad haha

Was initially concerned regarding delivery reviews but I can say the delivery was on the day and super service by email, replied straight away. Would definitely buy from them again and recommend to anyone wanting artificial grass
