Beautiful Complex, we always get told to be aware of our surroundings and to make sure you know who lives next door to you. As a previous Tenant, I sadly had to give up my property due to work commitments away from home, it wasn't viable to pay rent on an empty property, I did rent out to friends, but there intention was to party, causing a nuisance to the neighbour on the Ground Floor, who instead of deciding to chat, went straight to the Housing Association. Rumour has it, and it's only that, said person has been accused of wrong doing to a Minor. Whether its physical or Not, its unacceptable. But am away from the complex now, so it's no longer my problem.

New Block of flats with no lifts, designer's need to put them in for delivery people.
