No salesman tactics, just straight talking, honest, and Sam either knows enough to answer any questions, or knows who to ask to find out. I asked some quite technical questions around the install and specific things that I wanted to do, and Sam was able to deliver on all fronts.

Where to start! A genuinely nice company to deal with! From the no hard sell approach before sales, to the swift responses once we decided to use them to install panels, batteries, charger, and an eddi, to the great care and diligence taken during install, and the fantastic and quick responses to providing paperwork, answering newbie questions, and just general advice; Second to none! Absolutely fantastic company, Sam and Sarah should be congratulated in providing a great service in what can be a sometimes be a shady business. I have no hesitation in recommending SP Group for solar, battery, or EV work, and I look forward to dealing with them again should they eventually branch out into other' electrical and heating/cooling services. 11/10

This is the second house we've installed solar and batteries in, we prefer to use a loca companyl rather than a national firm, because the customer service is so much more complete. What can i say about this famly firm. They are nothing short of excellent, from the innitial contact to the hand over with a boquet of flowers. Everything happened on time and exactly as it was planned and promised. Friendly, helpful and responsive office staff and efficient, expert and friendly engineer who arrived on the agreed date and time and found the solar installation fault quickly and efficiently. I will be recommending the SP Group to family and contacts.

From the initial contact and presentation (with Sarah), through to the installation (carried out by Alex and Sam), the whole job was completed in an extremely competent and professional manner. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending the SP Group for the installation of an EV charge point (or any other electrical work).

Absolutely first class from quote to installation. Sarah and Sam are clearly customer focused. Response to emails is almost instant and any questions answered. The install itself was brilliant. Sam even comes armed with his own hoover to clear the dust (but don’t let Sarah know he can use it).

Couldn’t fault the work from Sam and the office support from Sarah, both have been an absolute pleasure to deal with and very informative answering every question I had with enthusiasm. The work and the service far exceeded my expectations, it’s clear Sam takes great pride in his workmanship as every review shows, no matter the job.
