We stayed 2 nights in July; a party of 5 mummies wanting a get-together without the children. This home is perfect for exploring Exeter – about 15 minutes walk to the centre of town. Parr St car park is 1 minute walk away and accepts Ringgo so easy to leave the car and know it is nearby and safe. The road isn’t the most illustrious, but we certainly felt safe walking around in the evening.The Home itself is EXCELLENT. 4 double rooms which can be split to twin rooms made it ideal for our group. All rooms had really nice linens and good quality towels, plenty of hangers and comfy beds. The Kitchen and dining/lounge area was perfectly sized to eat together and socialise. The Kitchen itself was well appointed with all the crockery and pots needed but also lovely touches like a dolce gusto coffee machine, tea, coffee and sugar etc. Plenty of dish washing tablets and cleaning cloths etc.The décor is really lovely – simple and stylish and all the amenities were new and in excellent condition. The top floor shower room and mid-floor bathrooms were really good – plenty of hot water and good water pressure for showers.But most of all, the whole place was IMMACULATELY clean. It is really important to all of us that we say this in this review; we go away every year and this is by far the cleanest, tidiest and well appointed property we have ever stayed at. A feeling that the owners and managers really cared that we were happy and impressed by the facilities – the croissants were a lovely touch too.My only tip would be that as 5 ladies we would have liked one full length mirror in the property – this would easily be accommodated on the first floor landing.Do not think about booking anything else – the pictures really don’t do it justice!

This is a very well thought out house that has all you need for a very comfortable stay. It is clean well equipped and in a good location to explore the local area. The communication was brilliant.We would definitely stay again.

This is the perfect house for a get together with friends. It is in a very quiet street a short distance from the town centre with a car park nearby. We arrived by train and it was a quick taxi drive to the property.The house is simply but amply furnished and very clean. Each of the bedrooms has a large comfortable bed, quality bedding and a useful hanging rail. We found the two bathrooms with showers ample for us (4 ladies).We didn't cook but the large kitchen was very well equipped and we enjoyed having a good coffee from the pod machine in the morning.The owner was very quick to reply to questions and is clearly making every effort to keep the house in tip top condition.I highly recommend this house

A lovely house in close proximity to Exeter city centre. Luke was very helpful and the welcome package was very much appreciated. Couldn’t recommend the property enough!
