Place is reminiscent of a Swiss cabin so kind of authentic. There’s no cloakroom so sheepskin back on chairs is lost behind your big winter jacket. Starters of Gruyère and onion had virtually no detectable cheese what so ever… also very small Fine dining portions and prices to match but this is supposed to be comfort food, the pork belly main was decent, just twice as much mash and it’s much more acceptable. Service and cocktails good.

Go for the fondue! Amazing that the Swiss Tourist office is so well organised to sponsor this. It is pretty genuinely Swiss and really worth it. I just wished they served Swiss wines, beers etc and better bread for the fondue.

Disappointing all round. Staff were nice but the service was extremely slow. Food was very overpriced for what you get. Atmosphere is lacking, no music, bright lighting, fake candles.Expensive drinks. Would not recommend at all.

Pretty atmosphere around the summer set house. Cheese fondue was only average. Flavor was ok but the overall texture was way to thin for a fondue. The bread was very dry. Overall not worth a recommendation.

We had a great time. Service was great, and the food was delicious. We had the terrine as a starter and the traditional fondue as a main, both were excellent.

So overpriced, £5 for a hot chocolate and you don’t even get the option for cream and the food is below average. Please bring back fortnum and mason.

Staff were great, bread was stale, meat was limited, potatoes were great.More guidance on the fondue would have been useful, as we had to play around with the power until we got the right heat.Canapés were hit and miss.

Tasty fondue in lovely surroundings, a real treat after skating! Just wish they had better bread for the fondue especially given the price.

Ok but if you have had fondue in a real Swiss place you’ll be disappointed. Service was confusing. Starters to share were not really made to be shared (how can you share an onion between several people?) The square is beautiful
