Very impressed with this company . Found the sales process very stressful but Alison Wilson and Sharon Underwood were highly professional and offered an excellent service to us. They were approachable, reassuring, did not blind us with legal jargon . Their communication skills were excellent, very prompt and always with the information we needed. Also did not think the fees were excessive. Highly recommended

Amy Laughlin was amazing with me and nothing was too much hassle. Amy has the patience of a saint with all my questions and a very good listener. She guided me through the contract exchange and completion process and was extremely helpful, courteous and professional. Nearly every other aspect of selling / buying our house(s) has been a fiasco, involving dealing with multiple people who seem unable to effectively do their jobs. Alison at HCB has been the bright spot! A competent professional! It really is worth paying the extra money to enlist a decent surveyor - saves so much time and stress working with a firm who are fast, efficient, and responsive. Would def recommend.

They have no time at all for any of the clients they acquired from buying out previous solicitors.Will keep you running around in circles. No understanding of the word proactive. No time for the elderly.The least helpful solicitors I've ever had the misfortune to deal with.

I would like to thank Claire for all the hard work she put in to help get myself and family a fair decision at court. Claire worked incredibly quickly in such a short space of time. She was really good at explaining things to you and never judged you for asking questions as the whole process can be daunting. She is incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with. She is very honest and will not rip you off. In fact she recommends to only use her as and when you need to so you can save money. She is like a sponge when you talk to her and takes everything in and will write everything down to you so you can also remember it later down the line. She had very good knowledge and understanding of domestic violence which really helped me when I felt peer pressured inti doing things I was comfortable with or understood. I hope I’m not in position again where I need a solicitors but if I do I will be using Claire.Thank you!

I found HCB Solicitors (Bedford) to be very professional in dealing with the redemption of my mortage. Communication was 'lean', meaning email correspondance was only made when required and when responding to my questions.My Solicitor was Sharon Underwood. I would use HCB Solicitors again.

First I used their services was when I purchased a new property amd was a trial. All went smoothen then ecprcted. In the last years I used their services again and I must said they were very efficient and helpful and they always communicated with me very fast.
