Love Curry | Indian Takeaway

AVOID AVOID AVOID!I've always considered myself to be an Indian food lover, but this has to be the worst take away to date.I ordered the chicken madras, pilau rice and keema naan. I collected the meal to ensure the highest level of freshness and once I started to open the boxes the first thing I noticed was the amount of oil within the curry. The rice was swimming in water and if you could find a piece keema well done to you.This is the first time I've ever added salt to a curry. Absolutely tasteless.Don't waste your money, get a microwaveable Indian instead.

Ordered chicken Saag, No taste, full of oil, absolute disgusting, after phoning love curry to speak and complain, the reply back was okay no worries. Straight in the bin! Don’t waste your money absolute disgusting .

Reposting because my case was closed without any action taken!After spending over £60 we were hoping for a variety of tasty curries, however what we received was quite the opposite. The curries were oily and tasteless (see attached pics). After phoning up and asking for rectification, I was told “no worries, leave a review then”. Absolutely dreadful, AVOID!!!I had a bad stomach for over 3 days and they weren’t willing to take accountability of this!

This place has gone down really bad... I was" a customer for many years

Food was delicious and piping hot on delivery. I had wait for my food to cool down. Very impressed with the taste I'm now sold on Love Curry just as good as a restaurant I had chicken byriani with a masala sauce the chicken pieces were so big I had to cut them in half. Prices were ok as well.

I waited 2 hours for my order, after an hour and a half the website said it was out for delivery then after about an hour and 45 mins i rang them to see where our food was, the person on the phone said they will go check and they'll be right back and put the phone in their pocket and I could hear them laughing and joking in the background so after about 10 mins my partner said they are going to have to go down there to see what was happening with our order whilst I stayed on the phone and I messaged my partner when he was outside the store to say I was still in the guys pocket. My partner queried where our food was in the store and mentioned that I was still on the phone waiting for an answer and whoever was on the phone to me panicked and hung up on me without saying a word after I had waited 18 minutes on the phone. The staff in the store rang the driver to see if the food had been delivered and I had just received it so messaged my partner who was still in the store. The person in the store offered us a discount on our next order but also stated that we had been incorrectly charged on our initial order as we had received a text the day before offering 20% off which only applied to certain items on our order and not the entire order itself.The whole experience with the service has been awful. The only positive comment was that the food was nice. Not sure if we’ll be ordering from here again.

Poor. Waited 1 3/4 hours for takeaway to arrive. Bland and missing the naan bread.

Always used to enjoy curry's from Love Curry. Had one tonight for the first time in a while and not sure whether there is a new chef but it was a real let down. My curry was acceptable but my wifes chicken tikka masala was extremely watery and rather flavourless. A shame.... Will try elsewhere next time.

Ordered chicken jalfrezi. It was very nice and hot just as i like it.Really enjoyed all the food. It was very delicious.

Placed our order at 5.50 pm Saturday 30th September said be an hour rang at 7.15pm said just left with order it arrived at 8.20 pm longest ever waited was very dissapointed with service as we use love curry alot, meal was cold chicken very chewy and nan bread was very burnt so wasn't eaten waste of money
