Was lucky enough to be chosen for a trial of this venture.. to say the least the melt in your mouth meat and flavours were immense.. looking forward to further orders when Pete is up and running. Definitely recommend this is your a meat lover.. even the Mac n cheese, beans, homemade coleslaw and cheese cake tasted so good. 5⭐️

I had the pleasure of trying out Birdie’s Smoke House food tonight. The food is absolutely delicious meat was so soft it just melted in the mouth so many delicious flavours. They are based in Hampton Gardens and I highly recommend them for a Friday night treat. Almost forgot to mention the cheesecake was best I have tried.

Fantastic food from birdie’s tonight don’t think Iv tasted meat this food before! It was beyond excellent. Looking forward to the official launch and ordering more often! You won’t be disappointed….

Birdies Smoke House - Wow!So, I was lucky enough to win a free meal courtesy of Birdies Smoke House! Well, put it this way... I will 100% be back! Firstly the Beef Brisket bites - Tasty, tender and melt in the mouth beef packed with a punch of flavour! The sauce they were in was also delicious! I would definitely recommend the beef brisket 100%! Some of the best brisket I’ve had. Secondly the Mac n Jeez, and well this didn’t disappoint either! Tasty, cheesy, creamy Mac n cheese just as it should be and complimented the brisket bites perfectly!!Then finished off with a delicious piece of biscoff cheesecake! Amazing!!!!If you’re thinking about trying something from here, and if you like BBQ I’d definitely say go for it give it a try! We can’t wait to try more things they have to offer!
