As with most people, I regularly find I need people with more skills than I have to fix, fit etc. I have engaged many people once, several twice but only a handful regularly. Mark, is one of a very small group of skilled people who does what he says he will, when he says he will do it and sticks to his price. He has 'trusted' status with both decision making and keys! His skill set is such that he will happily tackle jobs that cross boundaries and it removes the need to organise multiple trades people.He is our go to for most jobs (not specialist electrical or gas work)My wife loves the fact that she doesn't have to tidy up after him.

Mark has worked for us for a number of years and during this time we have found him to be very professional in all he does. He assesses the job to be done, gives a price and then agrees a date for the work to be carried out. He is very knowledgable and can advise on the best solutions to solve any problem. When the job is being done he arrives at the time agreed and works hard to ensure that the disruption to ‘normal’ life is kept to a minimum. He cleans up as he goes along and at the end of each day. Before he leaves for the day he also checks to make sure that we are happy with the work being done. We have found all his work to be of an extremely high standard and have recommended him to friends and relatives. He has very exacting standards in all his work and ensures that the client is fully satisfied in his work. In fact he is a pleasure to have in the house!!

Mark fitted hardwood engineered flooring in our living room and hallway last week. He's done a great job and completely changed both areas.We've already booked him in again to do our dining room flooring and interior doors as we were so impressed. Mark was on time. Booked well in advance and he arrived on time. Worked hard both days with screed and then laying the floor in our renovation.The finish was brilliant. I've now asked Mark to quote on a few other maintenance jobs as I am so please with the finish. Trusted quality workmen are hard to find but Mark ticks those boxes. He is also VERY tidy unlike most trades!!
