So im adding a new review... still not a 5 star as tweaks need doingMore strains need to be available better quality needs to be done it can be as its been achieved with noidecs t14 , and lastly 10grams should be 2-5 grams for testing10grams is alot of money and alot of wasting productMost long term medical users will know within the first gram if its a good oneSo options should be given

Had delays on first order and now its a 1-2 day turn around from script to door. Could do with a bit more variety or a clearer list of products in stock but much better and consistent than street. They have helped legitimise my experiences and I am eternally grateful.

Rokshaw and their partner pharmacy Curaleaf are truly awful to deal with.Quality control seriously lacking at all stages.

Rokshaw and Curaleaf are incompetent in everything they do. A company that can’t see any issues with purposefully adding weeks of delays to a customer’s prescription order by their backward ways of operation. My current pharmacy, IPS, can deliver my prescription 70% faster than Rokshaw/Curaleaf. Not only are they faster but IPS has to order my prescription from Rokshaw/Curaleaf first!Strains are very poor quality and need to be improved.

Rokshaw has left me for over a month without my life-saving NHS specials' medication. This is because Rokshaw informs that it can't get any calcium phosphate to add to the special's medication to stabilise it. Last week, I lost my vision for up to 45 minutes without this medication. Today, I phoned Rokshaw to ask it to use an alternative to calcium phosphate in the medication in order to stabilise it. Rokshaw refused to do this, told me to go somewhere else for my specials' medication and hung up on me. Rokshaw knows that I've had terrible trouble trying to get a supplier who can provide this medication and the doctor tells me that she has had the same problem. When I phoned Rokshaw back to ask for the email of its complaints' department, I was given an undeliverable email address. I don't think that Rokshaw realise that by refusing to use an alternative chemical to stabilise my medication, it is effectively in breach of the Human Rights' Act 1998. I'm now very frightened because I fear I will go blind like my father has.

Absolutely shocking. Ignored ALL my emails, all 25 of of them. I had to send a product back, they made it as difficult as possible. The manager was meant to call me back but obviously didn’t. Also told an awful lie about me to my mum. This pharmacy is not to be trusted imo
