I would highly recommend JB fitness to anyone who is thinking of joining up. Jared is the most friendly and approachable trainer I have ever met. He has made me confident in going to the gym and also working out in the gym. I have been client of Jared for good few years now and I can see a massive difference in my self in my body and also upper body. I feel so much confident in my self and my body and I could not ask for anymore from Jared.He has been very understandable and flexible around my work commitments.Jared has pushed me to my limits and I can see massive change in myself and I’m hitting new personal bests in the gym.Jared definitely does not disappoint in the gym and you will definitely see massive difference in the gym instantly and would highly recommend Jared.

Jared has been extremely supportive.. Jared listens understands and empathises he totally understands the struggles one faces when taking the step to enter the gym. Jared covers holistic fitness health (food intake, factors obstructing progress and how to manage it)He has made coming to the gym something exciting for me. I would highly recommend JB Fitness. He was invested in me, no matter how many clients he has, when I was checking in or working out, Jared was interested and focussed solely on me and helping me achieve my goals and the results I wanted. His ability to make sure I kept to what I said I’d do, encourage and yes, cajole, means that working with him will end in you getting the results you want. I did. He is knowledgeable, kind, skilled and nothing is too much for him to do to help you achieve your goals. I wish I had gone to him sooner, I spent a lot of my time wasting energy (and money!) on other things. Thank you JB Fitness.

I’ve been training with Jared for the last 3/4 weeks and I’m genuinely so impressed by how much I’ve already achieved in that time. I’ve never felt so encouraged and supported in something before as I have with him, whether that’s through regular message check ups or with the feedback I receive during sessions. I feel like I’m learning so much about what I need to do to achieve my personal long term and short term goals (which we set out together) and I can already see how this is becoming something I can fit into my lifestyle with ease. Jared is so great at motivating me to do more and push myself out of my comfort zone and I can feel my confidence building more and more each session,it’s so exciting to see how much more we can build on that together!! If this is something you’re considering I could not recommend Jared enough, really positive experience so far and looking forward to seeing even more progression.

I've followed a gym journey for a while, with relative success in multiple stints but one of the reasons why I've not continued to stay on track is for the following reasons:a) lack of consistency in the long term with trainingb) lack of consistency and accountability in nutritionc) attempting the minimal effort and hoping for the maximum outcomeSo I made a decision to invest in myself, and hire a personal trainer to help me improve these three things. For me, I've seen and known Jared for a while and really like his approach; improving the 1%'ers. Rather than try and explain what made me make my decision, outside knowing him via classes and social media, I'll explain what service he has provided me.1) Emphasis on quality over quantity - being a male gym goer, we all have the evil ego lifter" around the corner. I started my journey back to fitness with Jared just three weeks ago. For the last twenty years I’ve been plagued by back pain and minor injuries resulting in a fear of bending forward. Yesterday, for the first time I lifted a weight from the floor. My grin was from ear to ear.Jared is kind, understanding and encouraging. I can trust him when he tells me to try something - and that doesn’t come easily for me.Three weeks in and I feel a new sense of optimism. I feel energised, alert and above all, have no back pain - despite all the new movements I’m doing. Turns out Jared knows what he’s talking about! He has experienced back issues first hand and knows that the mental issues of fear and reluctance are just as important to overcome as the physical ones.To anyone who’s not sure whether to give this a go - I’d say, talk to Jared first. Tell him your story. Make sure you both agree to work together. In my case, it’s one the best things I’ve ever done for myself. You have to put the work in - nobody is going to do it for you. But with Jared’s guidance and care - all you have to do is turn up, do what he says and the results will come.
